Brigit Laberge has been a Registered Massage Therapist licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2000 and is now based in Ottawa.

Her experience as a professional athlete (Downhill Ski racing Competitor/National Ski Team member) and her continuing massage therapy education enhances her responsiveness as a therapist.

She believes in educating her clients about body awareness and prevention from injury. Specializing in sports related injuries, maintenance, and prevention to prolong the effects of a healthy body and mind.

Brigit has experience working with professional athletes and pregnancy massage.
